Yannick currently manages our Premier team of advisors, architects, technology strategists, and program managers. In this capacity, he assisted senior IT and non-IT executives from various business industries in deriving maximum value from their investments while reducing their risks.

Yannick also directed major consulting engagements addressing complex and strategic security and technology challenges faced by our clients, such as, for instance, developing new security or IS organizational models, implementing technology management best practices, establishing sound governance, and positioning technical architectures that fully support business strategy while controlling cyber risks.
